The 3V Voucher / Prepaid Visa number programme is closed as of December 1, 2016.

What will happen to the balance remaining on my card?
You will be able to have a full refund of your remaining balance(s) by requesting a refund from us. You can redeem the balance on your card to a bank account at no cost to you.
If you have remaining balances, please request a refund as soon as possible.
For 12 months following 1st December 2016 we will not charge a monthly service fee. If after 12 months you have a remaining balance we will deduct the monthly service fee of €3.00 until the balance is zero.
Any remaining funds after 6 years from expiry of the respective 3V Prepaid Visa number are forfeited.

To return your funds to you, our team requires your bank account details in writing by email:
The name of the bank
Your bank account number In IBAN number format
The BIC/Swift number for your bank account

We will transfer the money to a bank account in your name upon your request and may require you to produce government-issued photo identification, or other similar identifying documentation, in order to carry out this process.
Outstanding funds on your account will be made available in your bank account within 5 to 10 days of your request
